In 1997 Faye Passow exhibited a small lithograph at the Minnesota State Fair called Minnesota, Principle Hot Dish by Region, a tongue-in-cheek take on vintage tourism maps and the "state food" of Minnesota. The image proved so popular that a whole new career was launched, a business which she calls Keep the Faye.
